LORE Consultancy Ltd Terms and Conditions

1.     Introduction

1.1.             LORE Consultancy Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") whose registered address is 24 Cornwall Road, Dorchester, DT1 1RX, registered in England: 04744654.

1.2.           These terms apply to all our programmes and events, including coaching supervision, one-on-one coaching, mentor coaching, team training, and facilitation.

2.     Joining Our Programmes or Events

2.1.           When you apply for a programme or event, we'll let you know by email if you're accepted. That's when our agreement starts.

2.2.           This agreement, along with any additional terms in our acceptance email, forms our entire understanding.

2.3.           While we provide examples and descriptions of our programme and events, these are just to give you an idea of what to expect and aren't legally binding.

3.     Our Commitment to You

3.1.           We may need to make changes to our programmes or events to meet legal or safety requirements, or if we believe it will enhance your experience.

4.     Pricing and Payment

4.1.           We'll agree on programme or event fees before we start.

4.2.           A £50 + VAT deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable.

4.3.           Please pay invoices for the remaining balance within 30 days, and no later than 6 weeks before the programme begins.

4.4.           VAT applies to all our prices at the current rate of 20%.

4.5.           If you're paying from overseas, please make sure the full amount in pounds sterling reaches us. Bank charges are to be paid by you.

4.6.           If you haven't paid in full, you won't be able to start the programme or event.

5.     Transfers and Cancellations

5.1.           If you need to transfer to a later programme or cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following fees will apply:

·      More than 6 weeks before the programme start date:

o   Transfer: No charge

o   Cancellation: Full refund (minus non-refundable deposit)

·      4-6 weeks before the programme start date:

o   Transfer: 25% of the full programme fee

o   Cancellation: 50% refund

·      2-4 weeks before the programme start date:

o   Transfer: 50% of the full programme fee

o   Cancellation: 25% refund

·      Less than 2 weeks before the programme start date:

o   Transfer: 50% of the full programme fee

o   Cancellation: No refund

5.2.           You can only transfer once. After that, non-attendance is treated as a cancellation.

5.3.           Participants must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of request.

5.4.           Transfers are subject to availability and only apply to the same type of programme within 12 months of the original programme date.

5.5.           Any price difference between the original and new programme must be paid by the participant. No refunds will be issued if the new programme fee is lower.

5.6.           Transfer requests are not guaranteed and are at our discretion.

5.7.           It's your responsibility to ensure we've received your transfer or cancellation notice.

5.8.           If you're not happy with the programme or event, let us know by the end of the first day. If we agree your reasons are fair, we'll give you a full refund minus a £25 admin fee.

5.9.           If we have to cancel a programme, we'll try to reschedule. If you can't make the new date, we'll give you a full refund minus a £25 admin fee.

5.10.        If we change the venue, even at short notice, we can't reimburse your travel or accommodation costs.

5.11.        We reserve the right to revise dates, times, fees or substitute facilitators as necessary.

5.12.        No refunds will be given for partial attendance or early departure from a programme.

5.13.        Depending on circumstances, we may agree to switch a participant with another from the same organisation. A fee of 10% of the total programme cost will be charged for this change.

5.14.        All refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

6.     Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

6.1.           Our materials and methods are the result of a lot of hard work. Please respect this by not copying or sharing them without our permission.

6.2.           We own the intellectual property rights to all our materials and programmes.

7.     Our Liability

7.1.           We're responsible for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, and for anything else the law says we can't exclude.

7.2.           Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the programme.

8.     General Points

8.1.           If something beyond our control (like a natural disaster) prevents us from running a programme or event, we'll do our best to reschedule.

8.2.           We may assign or subcontract our rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.3.           These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by English courts.

9.     Your Agreement

9.1.           By continuing with your programme after receiving these terms, you're agreeing to them.
