Enhancing team dynamics
At LORE, we believe that enhancing individual and group/team skills, knowledge and behaviours in a way that ensures the learning is fully embedded, needs to be in an environment that fosters and supports growth.
The metaphor that we often use, is one of a seed. The seed is the individual learner. This learner really needs fertile soil, nourishment, and encouragement to grow – their environment is key to this. If their ground is stony, starved of water and sun, this seed no matter how brilliant will not flourish. In the corporate arena, this is the difference between attending a learning programme and organisational development.
Group/Team training enhances knowledge, skills, and collaboration among individuals working together. It improves team dynamics, attitudes and mindsets, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and goal attainment. The goal is to create a cohesive and high-performing team that works even more effectively towards shared objectives.
Why Team Training?
Team training is a strategic investment aimed at bolstering the synergy and competence of groups within an organisational framework.
By providing structured training experiences, teams can enhance their collective capabilities and work collaboratively towards common objectives.
The rationale behind team training lies in its ability to cultivate a collaborative culture, nurture effective communication, and develop specialised skills tailored to the unique needs of the team and the organisation.
Team training empowers individuals to contribute their best, promoting a sense of unity and proficiency that leads to improved productivity, problem-solving, and the successful achievement of organisational goals.
Who is it for?
Primarily, team training is designed for intact teams or groups of individuals within an organisation who collaborate regularly to achieve common objectives.
This could include teams within departments, project teams, cross-functional teams, or any other group that interacts closely to fulfil specific organisational goals.
Additionally, team training is beneficial for managers and team leaders who seek to enhance their leadership skills and effectively guide their teams. It's also valuable for employees at various levels within the organisation, equipping them with the necessary skills to function optimally within a team-oriented work environment.
Team training is a versatile solution catering to both the collective needs of groups striving for better collaboration and the individual growth of professionals aiming to contribute effectively to a team dynamic.

How does it work?
Team training sessions are held both in person and/or online. LORE Consultancy delivers training programmes both in the UK and internationally.
Although we have 23+ years’ experience and have a lot of data and psychological models to leverage, we like to talk to you and create something bespoke with your individual needs in mind. This way we not only create buy in, we also ensure its relevant and lasts longer than the training itself.
Example programmes LORE has run are:
Brand Academy – a one day immersion into the world of branding, the importance this plays when representing a brand and how this translates into expectations and standards through the customers experiences.
Coaching for Performance – a two-day programme exploring how coaching is underutilised in the workplace and how it differs from performance management and mentoring. This is then developed into why coaching matters and best practice to amplify talent, confidence, responsibility, and competence within teams.
Want to find out more?
Email amanda@loreconsultancy.com with your enquiry, please include a short summary of what you would like to achieve through the team training programme.
As an initial enquiry to explore our potential partnership and if we are the right organisation for you, let’s have an initial 30-minute chat on Zoom. If after this, you think we are a good fit, lets schedule something longer so we can really explore your thoughts and wishes moving forwards.
Following the initial conversation, if we are lucky enough to be invited to submit a proposal, we like to offer three alternatives, like platinum, gold, and silver.
Each of these will not only meet your specific needs and requirements, but there will also be various levels of support such as online programmes, check ins, coaching sessions, reference guides etc. This will ensure the learning is embedded within the organisation.
